1 30 oz. bag of frozen shredded hash browns
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 lb. package of cubed ham
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, reserve 1/2 cup for topping
The directions for this breakfast casserole are super easy. It’s definitely a ‘throw everything in the pan’ sort of meal idea, so it’s one you’ll want to keep on hand for busy weeknights. I hope your family and friends enjoy it as much as we do at our house.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all the ingredients together and place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Cover with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar.
- Bake for 1 hour.
